About This Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, manuals, references, or instructions. This candidate should have strong communication skills which enable them to explain complicated concepts in a simple manner. This individual will also meet with customer representatives frequently in order to understand required content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as:
- User manuals
- System and process documentation
- Online help and knowledge base articles
- Architecture Diagrams
- Work closely with engineers, product managers to gather technical information
- Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and up to date
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language
- Follow documentation standards, templates, and style guides
- Review and edit existing documentation for quality and clarity
- Manage documentation versioning and updates
- Support release notes and product updates
