About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. You will work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for users and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, API documentation, FAQs, and manuals
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to gather technical information
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear language
- Organize content with strong structure and information architecture
- Review, edit, and update existing documentation regularly
- Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and formatting
- Test and validate documentation by following procedures and use cases
- Manage documentation lifecycle and version control
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to understand technical concepts quickly
Eligibility Requirement
- Candidates must have their own valid UAE visa (e.g., freelance visa, spouse visa, or golden visa)
