Key Responsibilities
- Provide **technical support** for medical and IT systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve **hardware/software issues**
- Assist in maintaining **medical equipment and systems performance**
- Support healthcare staff with **system usage and technical concerns**

- Document issues, updates, and maintenance logs accurately
