We are expanding and looking for a seasoned Technical & Operations Head to drive the performance of our growing medical laboratories network across multiple branches.

If you are a strategic leader with deep expertise in laboratory operations, quality compliance, and multi-site management — we want to hear from you.

✅ Lead all technical and operational activities across branches

✅ Ensure full compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards

✅ Optimize workflows, turnaround times, and service quality

✅ Drive KPIs: productivity, profitability, utilization & cost control

✅ Supervise pathologists, technical teams & operational staff

✅ Develop SOPs, policies & continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Manage equipment, procurement & technology upgrades

✅ Lead expansion projects and new laboratory setups

✅ Present operational and technical reports to executive management

What we're looking for

1.

Bachelor's in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field

2.

Master's degree or MBA is a strong advantage

3. 10+ years of experience in medical laboratory operations & management

4.

Proven track record in multi-branch laboratory leadership

5.

Strong background in strategic planning & operational transformation
