Palomba General Trading LLC \| Europe & Middle East (GCC focus)
Palomba General Trading LLC (Dubai) is expanding its activities in
pharmaceutical flavour systems, botanical extracts and functional ingredients
across Europe and the Middle East.
We are looking for a
Senior Technical & Application Manager
with
8–10 years of experience
, capable of combining
technical expertise, formulation skills and client-facing capability
in the pharma and nutraceutical sectors.
This is a
senior, high-impact role
, designed for professionals who have already worked on
real projects, real clients and real commercial applications
.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and application of
- pharma flavour systems
- for:
- syrups
- oral suspensions
- sachets and powders
- gummies and functional delivery formats
- Design of
- taste masking solutions
- for:
- APIs
- bitter actives
- botanical extracts
- Technical support and collaboration with:
- pharmaceutical companies
- nutraceutical brands
- formulation and R&D teams
- Integration of:
- botanical extracts (liquorice, saffron, herbal actives)
- functional ingredients
- sensorial performance and mouthfeel modulation
- Active contribution to
- business development activities
- , translating technical work into
- commercial value
Required Profile
- 8–10 years experience in:
- pharma flavours
- nutraceutical formulations
- flavour houses
- Strong expertise in:
- taste masking technologies
- pharma applications
- functional flavour systems
- Background in:
- Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Sciences / Food Chemistry
- Experience in
- client-facing roles
- is essential
What We Are NOT Looking For
- Pure academic profiles
- Laboratory-only experience without market exposure

Compensation
- **€110,000 – €160,000 gross annual salary**
- (depending on experience and profile)
- Performance-based incentives
- International exposure (Europe & Middle East markets)
Experience
in leading companies such as Givaudan, DSM-Firmenich, Symrise, IFF will be considered a strong advantage.
