Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Manager to oversee and manage our technical support team. This role requires a professional with expertise in IT support, customer service, and systems management. You will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in support processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the technical support team to deliver high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement support strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee troubleshooting, incident management, and escalation processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and product teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Monitor KPIs, service levels, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance management for support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and company policies.
  • Represent Arouku Technology in client meetings and industry forums.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of IT support experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, networks, and cloud platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing technical support operations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
