At AkeoNet Communications, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues, support network systems, and ensure high-quality service delivery in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- 8–9 hours per day
- 5–6 days per week
- Rotational shifts or on-call support for critical issues
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for network, internet, and system-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems
- Monitor network performance and identify service disruptions
- Respond to customer and internal technical support requests
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level engineering teams when needed
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and systems
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions
- Assist in system updates, upgrades, and maintenance activities
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents within service level agreements (SLAs)
- Support field and operations teams with technical guidance
Skills For This Role
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for IT systems and networks
- Familiarity with routers, switches, and firewalls
- Customer support and communication skills
- Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Understanding of ISP or telecom environments is an advantage
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Team collaboration and documentation skills
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
- Previous experience in technical support or IT helpdesk preferred
- Basic networking knowledge (CCNA certification is an advantage)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work in shifts or provide on-call support when required
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
