Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support to our clients.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT infrastructure, networking, servers, security systems, email solutions, and business communication systems.
The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of client IT environments, ensuring maximum uptime and customer satisfaction.
• IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain Fortinet Firewalls. (Fortinet)
- Implement firewall policies, VPNs, NAT, and security rules.
- Install and configure Windows Servers.
- Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 environments.
• Time Attendance & Access Control Systems
- IP Telephony & Communication Systems (Install and support NEC, Yealink, Grandstream)
Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Experience with network switches (Cisco, Fortinet, D-Link).
- Experience in WLAN setup and wireless troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet Firewalls.
- Windows Server Administration.
- Active Directory Management.
- Microsoft 365 Administration and Email Migration.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, VLANs.
- Experience with Time Attendance Systems (Matrix, eSSL, ZKTeco).
- Experience with IP Telephony Systems (NEC, Avaya, Yealink, Grandstream).
- Backup and Disaster Recovery knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UAE-based IT support environments.
- Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
- Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
