Our client is looking for a Junior Technical Sales Manager to support the growth of its

water and waste solutions

business across the hospitality sector (hotels, hospitals, marinas).

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new clients within hospitality and commercial sectors
  • Promote and sell solutions such as
  • desalination units, grey water recycling systems, and waste management equipment
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable technical solutions
  • Prepare quotations and proposals with support from technical teams
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in
  • technical sales or B2B sales
  • (engineering/environmental solutions is a plus)
  • Basic understanding or interest in
  • water treatment or waste management systems
  • Strong communication and commercial mindset
  • Ability to engage clients, generate leads, and close deals
