Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Technical Sales Engineer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing customized solutions, and driving sales growth.
Primary responsibilities include managing the sales process, delivering technical presentations, assisting clients with product selection, and offering technical support.
The Technical Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure high-quality installations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, with effective Communication skills
- Strong capabilities in providing Technical Support, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Demonstrated knowledge in Sales strategies and ability to achieve revenue goals
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
- Degree attested from MOFA.
- Driving License.
- Familiarity with lighting systems, solar energy solutions, and home automation is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to client-specific needs
- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools is a plus
