Qualifi

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years hand on experience in IoT and Niagara-based BMS
• projects.Strong understanding of Niagara Framework (Niagara 4 preferred) and building automation protocols (BACnet, Modb
• us, LON).Knowledge of IoT architectures, communication protocols (MQTT, REST APIs), and integration with cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure Io
• T, etc.).Familiarity with HVAC control principles, lighting systems, and energy management s
• olutions.Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, or equ
• ivalent).Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solvin
• g skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English for both technical and non-technical a
• udiences.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight d
