• As a Technical Project Manager, from pre-sales through to integration and performance, you will be an end-to-end trusted advisor to customers, managing their engagement with our platform and building technical solutions.
• In a high-impact environment you'll be project managing, problem-solving and building close relationships with customers across many industries.
• As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Advocating best practices for the customer and internal teams during product implementation, and providing customer feedback to the Product team
• Being the central point of contact for customers and leading the integrated account team delivering customer success
• Partnering with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency, high quality service and keep customers engaged
• Identifying service enhancements and potential problems to ensure continuous improvements to quality of customer service delivery
• Communicating with internal, external customers and partners to share information and deliverables

• To be successful in this role you will:
• Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry
• Show some experience of managing and delivering technical customer projects successfully
• Show understanding of network, web performance, and application/network security technologies/architectures as well as project management methodologies
• Demonstrate experience in managing multiple priorities
• Demonstrate communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers across various levels
