Technical Project Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Own planning, estimation, execution, release, and continuous improvement across project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture, system design, web, mobile, and scalable cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint execution, backlog management, and delivery planning.
• Turn client and business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.

• Work with UX/design teams to improve processes, engineering practices, and customer outcomes.

Required experience and qualifications

• Strong technical project/delivery management and solution leadership experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of system design, architecture, cloud, web, mobile, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and complex end-to-end projects.
• Strong client communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and escalation-handling skills.
• Understanding of estimation, governance, risk, scope, quality, and delivery metrics.
• Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
• Practical experience using AI and automation across the SDLC.
• 7+ years of technical experience working with Data Engineering technologies and their core concepts.
• Agile/Scrum expertise for medium-to-large-scale applications and projects managed from concept through production deployment.
