Lead execution of data capture programs across devices, operators, and locations while meeting quality and delivery standards.
Validate pilots, assess usable output, and create plans that scale real-world data collection.
What you'll do
- Translate dataset requirements into capture programs with quality standards, capacity plans, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate devices, operator training, recording capacity, and data review.
- Plan and validate pilot captures before expanding operations.
- Investigate data-quality issues with engineering and operations teams and verify fixes.
- Forecast delivery and identify risks using measured capacity and data acceptance rates.
Must-have qualifications
- Experience delivering technical programs that combine hardware, software, and field operations.
- Ability to create schedules, map dependencies, and resolve technical blockers across teams.
- Understanding of sensor data, calibration, synchronization, and recording failures.
- Ability to analyze throughput, quality, capacity, and cost with spreadsheets, queries, or scripts.
- Ability to inspect recordings and diagnostic logs and verify that fixes work.
- Clear written communication for procedures, technical decisions, and delivery forecasts.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Experience with robotics datasets or multi-sensor recording programs.
- Experience improving operator workflows or automating data-quality checks.
Compensation
- Compensation range is CAD 180,000–200,000; the pay cadence is not stated.
