The Role

What You’ll Work On

• Turn ambiguous problems into shipped products, from concept and prototype through production.
• Own scope, trade-offs, and delivery.
• Build end-to-end frontend and backend workflows and durable product primitives.
• Improve UX details, interaction quality, edge cases, and reliability; partner with design.
• Define success metrics and instrumentation, then use data to guide prioritization, quality, and performance.

Required Background

• 7+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent impact, with meaningful full-stack ownership.
• Proven track record shipping products from 0 to 1 and scaling them in production.
• Strong product judgment across UX, workflows, and trade-offs.
• High agency and ability to move without perfect specifications.

Strong Signals

• Early-stage startup or founder experience with end-to-end product ownership.
• Ability to write clean systems while caring deeply about UX.
• Habit of shipping, measuring, and iterating.
