- Lead and manage the Technical Office team, including engineers and draftsmen, to ensure all deliverables meet project timelines.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and submittal of detailed architectural, structural, and MEP shop drawings.
- Conduct comprehensive design reviews to identify and resolve clashes between different engineering disciplines (Architectural, Structural, and MEP).
- Manage the Request for Information (RFI) process to clarify design ambiguities and ensure site teams have accurate data.
- Supervise the selection and submittal of construction materials, ensuring they meet project specifications and cost requirements.
