Technical Manager – Infrastructure Delivery, Engineering & Quality

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical delivery and supervision of roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage channels, and urban development programmes.
• Review engineering studies, design submissions, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality through inspections, testing, audits, and quality assurance processes.
• Manage non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Improve project processes and support change management and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with project teams and technical stakeholders on engineering and quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure construction supervision, engineering design oversight, project quality management, or related technical functions.
• Experience in major infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage, or urban development programmes.
• Experience reviewing designs against standards and technical requirements and managing project quality, inspections, testing, audits, and assurance.
• Knowledge of quality management tools, non-conformance management, corrective actions, process improvement, and change management.
