About the Role
- Lead technical execution of luxury villa projects from design coordination to site delivery
- Ensure world-class quality standards in prestigious communities such as:
- Al Barari
- Emirates Hills
- Dubai Hills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all technical aspects of luxury villa fit-out projects
- Review shop drawings, materials, and technical submittals
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations
- Resolve technical issues on site and provide engineering solutions
- Oversee design coordination (Architectural, MEP, Interior)
- Ensure premium finishing quality and timely project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
- 7–10+ years of UAE experience in luxury villa fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of:
- Al Barari
- Emirates Hills
- Dubai Hills
- Expertise in high-end finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical documentation
Preferred Experience
- Ultra-luxury villa or palace-level fit-out experience
- Experience handling fast-track, high-value projects
- Strong attention to detail and premium quality standards
