A. Technical Documentation & IFC Governance

• The Technical Manager leads the full lifecycle of technical documentation, ensuring precision and readiness for execution:

• fully coordinated across design, structural, and MEP disciplines

Decision Making Authority

• The Technical Manager operates with full authority on:
• Approval of all technical drawings and IFC documentation
• Validation of technical feasibility and constructability
• Resolution of technical conflicts and coordination issues
• Acceptance or rejection of shop drawings and technical submissions
• Enforcement of documentation standards and SOP compliance
• All decisions are aligned with EVA’s technical standards, project timelines, and quality expectations.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in
• Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline
• **7–10 years of experience**
• in luxury residential or high-end fit-out projects
• Proven expertise in:
• Technical detailing and construction documentation
• Joinery and millwork design
• MEP coordination and integration
• Advanced proficiency in:
• **AutoCAD (mandatory)**
• **Revit (preferred)**
• MS Office and project management systems
• Strong understanding of
• UAE authority regulations and approval processes
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
