The employer seeks an experienced Senior Technical Engineer for its growing team.
The role concerns technical drawing and project execution in the UAE fit-out industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review technical, shop, and detailed construction drawings.
- Develop and coordinate architectural and interior fit-out drawings.
- Check drawings against project specifications and local authority requirements.
- Coordinate with design, site, and project management teams.
- Revise drawings for project requirements and site conditions.
- Support technical submissions and material approvals.
- Attend coordination meetings when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction is mandatory.
- Strong AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
- Experience preparing shop, detailed, and coordination drawings.
- Good understanding of UAE construction standards and authority requirements.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 15,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
