Experienced Fit-Out Quantity Surveyor role based in Dubai.
Focuses on construction and fit-out cost management, contract administration, and project financial control.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
- Monitor project costs and keep projects within budget.
- Evaluate variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Prepare interim valuations and payment certifications.
- Review contracts, tender documents, and subcontractor agreements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and quantities.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of quantity surveying experience in the UAE, mainly in fit-out or construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD drawings.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Dubai.
