Responsibilities
- Formulate cost estimates and ensure suitable materials and tools are accessible; provide technical advice and project improvement recommendations.
- Diagnose equipment issues, allocate tasks, and organize meetings and training sessions as required.
- Design precast elements and forms, conduct design analysis, and prepare sketches, drawing markups, and specifications.
- Conduct quality control of elements and molds before casting.
- Coordinate with clients on construction and civil engineering programs and conduct structural analysis to identify suitable designs.
- Support projects from concept and detailed design through implementation; conduct structural inspections and assessments and recommend actions.
- Communicate with government and local authorities.
Requirements and skills
- At least 20 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Manager or in a similar role, with directly related construction experience.
- Dubai Municipality Engineer status for unlimited floors.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, STAAD software, and Revit.
- Candidates must be in the UAE, as stated in the posting.
