Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead solutions across SharePoint Online/SPFx, Microsoft Teams apps and integrations, Power Platform, Copilot/agents, and Microsoft Foundry.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Drive SharePoint on-premises-to-Online migration and Microsoft Teams/M365 workload migrations; define content and data migration strategies.
• Lead Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, agent, chatbot, and intelligent automation development, including CRM/ERP integrations.
• Mentor development teams and ensure M365 best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions; conduct solution and code reviews and optimize performance.

Required skills and experience

• 10 or more years of experience in Microsoft technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SPFx, Microsoft Teams app development, Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), and Microsoft Graph API/integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Foundry and Copilot Studio; agent, Copilot, or chatbot development; and enterprise-scale project delivery.
• Strong experience with migration tools such as ShareGate or Metalogix.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and services, and security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Strong team leadership, people management, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Additional skills

• Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, and AD, and Azure OpenAI/AI integrations are listed as a plus.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, PL-600, or PL-900 are good to have.
• Power BI is listed as a desirable skill.
