Integrated Path for Technology is hiring a hands-on Technical Lead & Engineering Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (on-site), full-time.
The role leads the existing development team and takes technical ownership of SaaS platforms and mobile applications.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not a purely administrative or project management position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and expand the existing software development team.
- Actively participate in coding, code reviews, debugging, and technical problem-solving.
- Oversee SaaS architecture, web platforms, mobile applications, and system integrations.
- Design and implement complex business workflows, approval processes, automation, and user permissions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
- Manage development priorities, timelines, quality, and software releases.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage remote developers and external engineering resources.
- Ensure system scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
- Oversee APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes.
- Provide regular development progress reports to management.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- 2+ years of technical team leadership experience.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining SaaS products.
- Strong backend development expertise with knowledge of frontend and mobile architecture.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of complex workflows, business logic, and role-based permissions.
- Experience managing distributed or remote development teams.
- Ability to contribute directly to coding and technical decisions.
- Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Technical Experience
- Node.js, Python, Laravel, .NET, React, Next.js, Flutter, React Native, PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS, Azure, or equivalent technologies.
