• ****Job Responsibilities****
• Technical Leadership:
• + Lead and mentor development teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• + Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and processes across teams.
• + Manage project milestones, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• System Design and Architecture:
• + Design scalable, secure, and efficient system architectures for current and future projects.
• + Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Development Oversight:
• + Oversee coding practices to ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• + Provide technical solutions to resolve development challenges and optimize performance.
• Collaboration:
• + Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• + Work closely with Product Managers to align technical strategies with business goals.
• Risk Management:
• + Identify and mitigate project risks related to technical challenges or timelines.
• + Ensure system stability through robust testing and deployment processes.
• Innovation and Strategy:
• + Research and implement new technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
• + Drive continuous improvement within the technical teams.
• ****Job Requirements****
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years in software development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Skills:
• + Strong expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• + In-depth knowledge of system architecture, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and microservices.
• + Proficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• + Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and CI/CD pipelines.
• + Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of managing diverse teams.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• + Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• + Leadership or Project Management certifications like PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner.

Remuneration

• Base Salary: QAR 250,000–QAR 350,000 annually (depending on experience and expertise).
