Role Description
The Technical Integrity Manager at Student Partnership Program - برنامج الشراكة الطلابية will oversee the quality, reliability, and compliance of technical work across student-led projects.
This part-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a blend of on-campus presence and work from home.
Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring technical standards, reviewing project documentation, and ensuring adherence to best practices, policies, and safety guidelines.
The role involves providing technical support to student teams, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve technical risks or gaps.
The Technical Integrity Manager will also guide research and development activities, support project planning, mentor student team leads on integrity and quality assurance, and prepare concise reports on technical performance and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical data, identify risks, and recommend practical solutions.
- Experience in team management, including mentoring, coaching, and coordinating work across diverse student or project teams.
- Hands-on technical support experience, with the ability to diagnose issues, provide clear guidance, and document resolutions.
- Background in research and development (R&D) with an ability to apply structured inquiry and innovation to student projects.
- Proven project management skills, including planning, prioritization, tracking milestones, and managing timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards, academic integrity, and inclusive collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Dubai, manage time independently, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
