Prepare accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready technical drawings for luxury residential interior fit-out projects.
Convert approved design concepts into detailed execution drawings.
Responsibilities
- Ensure drawings comply with company standards, project specifications, local regulations, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate drawings with Relationship Managers, Interior Designers, 3D Visualizers, FF&E Designers, Procurement, Site Engineers, and Project Managers.
- Ensure drawings are technically sound, coordinated, and issued within agreed project timelines.
Role requirements
- Ability to prepare accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready technical drawings.
- Ability to convert approved design concepts into detailed execution drawings.
- Working knowledge of company standards, project specifications, local regulations, and quality requirements.
- Ability to coordinate with design, procurement, site, and project management stakeholders.
