Develops, organizes, manages, and continuously enhances EVA Interiors' physical and digital FF&E and materials library.
Serves as a central resource for Design and FF&E teams, supporting high-end residential and luxury interior projects.
Responsibilities
- Document, categorize, and make furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, materials, accessories, sanitaryware, hardware, and other interior products accessible.
- Maintain accurate product specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, technical data, supplier and manufacturer details, availability, lead times, samples, catalogues, and relevant commercial information.
- Work with Design, FF&E, Procurement, and Commercial teams to provide current product information throughout design and specification.
- Maintain a sophisticated, relevant, well-curated resource library for luxury interior projects.
Requirements
- The role is responsible for developing, organizing, managing, and continuously enhancing a physical and digital FF&E and materials library.
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and accessible product information, including specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, and technical data.
- Maintain supplier and manufacturer details, availability, lead times, samples, catalogues, and relevant commercial information.
- Work closely with Design, FF&E, Procurement, and Commercial teams to support the design and specification process.
