Technical Design Specialist

Responsibilities

• Use comprehensive knowledge of ROAL, ROC and Job Tracker to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve systems issues which cause delays in materials and/or orders processing in collaboration with the IT and Master Data departments
• Respond in a timely manner to all email inquiries made to ROAL, ROC and Job Tracker support
• Review and process daily ROAL material requests within a 48-hour period to ensure compliance with legal, licensing, systematic and production guidelines.
• Guide and assist business users in ROAL, ROC and Job Tracker software
• Assists with testing of enhancement or changes to the software before launching and the training of end users
• Provide expertise and participate in cross-functional projects related to ROAL, ROC and Job Tracker
• Keep all sensitive matters confidential
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work analytically and multi-task in a well-organized manner both independently and as a team
• Strong attention to detail and strong writing and oral communication skills
• Ability to effectively solve problems to the satisfaction of the customer and company
• Positive and collaborative attitude with the goal of enhancing relationships and increasing productivity of individuals and teams
• Strong computer skills especially MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to learn and use new software

• The location for this position is 100% on-site in Buffalo, NY
• 0% to 5%; domestic and/or global
• The salary range for this posted position is $60,000-$75,000 (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Western New York. Actual compensation will fall within this range and is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, essential job duties and requirements, and necessary experience.
