Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Support tax payments, correspondence, filings, and documentation, including international information returns and Canadian GST and QST compliance.
• Prepare transfer pricing calculations, intercompany invoices, journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and monthly tax entries.
• Maintain fixed asset records and calculate monthly depreciation; coordinate treaty and residency documentation.
• Track professional and consulting fees, support tax notice responses, and prepare financial, census, and regulatory surveys.
• Support charitable contribution acknowledgement collection, related account reconciliations, and foundation expense identification.
• Process Concur vouchers and invoices, support vendor setup and annual Form 1099 preparation, and assist with month-end close.
• Prepare cash reconciliations and intercompany invoices; organize supporting documents for auditors and advisors.
• Support special finance, accounting, and tax projects and keep sensitive matters confidential.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Microsoft Office proficiency, with strong Excel skills required; SAP and Sage Fixed Assets experience preferred.
• The role calls for organization, time management, attention to detail, independent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and basic accounting knowledge.

Compensation

• Salary range is $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
