Workplace and Interview
- Work location is in person in Riyadh.
- Face-to-face interview in Riyadh is mandatory.
- Candidates must currently be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical requirements between project, design, production, procurement, and site teams.
- Review drawings, technical documents, specifications, and project requirements.
- Follow up on drawings, material requirements, technical approvals, and project deliverables.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, trackers, and coordination records.
- Assist with technical issues during project execution and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors when required.
- Monitor deadlines and communicate project requirements to relevant departments.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in technical coordination, project coordination, construction, fit-out, exhibitions/events, or a related field is preferred.
- Good understanding of technical drawings and project documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, prioritization, and cross-departmental working skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Good command of English.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
