Role overview
Prepare accurate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation for construction and fit-out projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare shop drawings and working drawings.
- Revise drawings based on project requirements and comments.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP drawings.
- Prepare construction and fit-out details.
- Maintain proper drawing revisions and documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
- Previous experience in architectural drafting, construction, or fit-out is preferred.
- Good understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with different teams.
Workplace and interview
- Work location is in person in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Candidates must be available to attend a face-to-face interview in Riyadh.
