Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, networks, Wi-Fi, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot employee hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, applications, and IT equipment.
• Manage email accounts, domains, hosting, and other online services.
• Maintain, update, and improve the company website.
• Develop website pages, features, and functionalities.
• Troubleshoot website issues and keep the website secure, functional, and current.
• Manage website content, images, forms, and online information.
• Coordinate with external IT and web service providers.
• Maintain backups and implement basic IT and website security measures.
• Support IT systems, software, and digital tools.
• Improve IT infrastructure and the company's digital presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT support and web development.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in website development and maintenance.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; PHP, WordPress, or other web technologies are preferred.
• Experience with hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and website backups.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and common business applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Candidates available in Riyadh for a face-to-face interview are preferred.

Preferred Skills

• WordPress or other content management systems.
• PHP and MySQL.
• Website hosting and domain management.
• Basic networking and cybersecurity.
• CCTV, access control, printers, and office IT equipment.
• Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Graphic design knowledge is an added advantage.
