Role overview

Day-to-day work and responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks and projects reliably while meeting individual and team SLAs and deadlines.
• Triage technical requests and issues; investigate, document findings, create clear tickets with reproduction details, and escalate as needed.
• Analyze HTML/CSS structures and site layouts to support accurate and sustainable job data capture.
• Support lightweight automations, scripts, data tasks, tooling improvements, and workflow hygiene.
• Use data analysis to identify trends, workflow gaps, patterns, recurring issues, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate on data aggregation, automation, and content quality solutions; route issues to the right partners and share knowledge.
• Maintain current documentation, SOPs, runbooks, code comments, reproducible workflows, and organized technical artifacts.
• Communicate updates, risks, dependencies, changes, impacts, and timelines proactively.
• Contribute to vendor quality checks as needed and adapt to changing business and technical requirements.

Experience and qualifications

• Requires 5 years of related experience; or a bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience.
• Requires working knowledge of front-end concepts (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and/or a scripting language such as Python, plus comfort with SQL fundamentals.
• Requires excellent working knowledge of regular expressions for text parsing, data validation, and pattern matching.
• Requires ability to learn internal tools and ETL basics with guidance.

Salary range

• Annual salary ranges vary by US tier: Tier 1 $69,000–$103,000; Tier 2 $77,000–$115,000; Tier 3 $85,000–$127,000; Tier 4 not available; Tier 5 $96,000–$144,000.
• Offers are typically between the range minimum and midpoint; actual compensation depends on job-related skills, experience, expertise, and location.
