The Technical Lead will design and deliver scalable web applications while leading engineering teams.
Mandatory Skills
- Node.js, Angular, JavaScript, CI/CD, and REST APIs are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable applications.
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Guide and mentor engineers through design reviews and code reviews.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive feature delivery with focus on quality, performance, and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve engineering processes, automation, and system reliability.
Technical Skills
- Frontend technologies include Angular, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Backend technologies include Node.js, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Architecture skills include system design and scalable distributed systems.
- Engineering practices include Agile, code reviews, design patterns, and performance optimization.
