Overview

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Architectural Design:
• Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable, available, and resilient fullstack applications and microservices using best practices.
• Technical Roadmap:
• Drive the technical strategy and roadmap for key product areas, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Code Quality & Standards

• Define and enforce high coding standards, perform thorough code reviews, and champion best practices like TDD/BDD, clean code, and effective documentation.
• Performance:
• Proactively identify and resolve performance and scalability bottlenecks across the entire stack.

Fullstack Development

• Backend (Node.js):
• Design and implement robust, secure, and high-performance APIs and business logic using

Node.js

• and associated frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS).
• Manage database integrations (SQL/NoSQL) and caching layers.
• Frontend (React.js):
• Build modern, responsive, and highly usable interfaces using

React.js

• and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Context API, Next.js).
• Ensure optimal rendering performance and cross-browser compatibility.
• DevOps:
• Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines, monitor application health, and manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Team & Collaboration

• Mentorship:
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality products.
• Project Delivery:
• Take ownership of project success, ensuring features are delivered on time, meeting quality standards, and aligning with the initial vision.
