- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality products.
- Project Delivery:
- Take ownership of project success, ensuring features are delivered on time, meeting quality standards, and aligning with the initial vision.
Required Qualifications
- u>Technical Skills/u>
- Expert-level proficiency in Node.js
- and the ability to architect efficient and stable backend services.
- Expert-level proficiency in React.js
- and a deep understanding of modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- In-depth knowledge of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Alibaba, AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of software security principles and best practices.
