Overview
- Meeting potential customers to inform them about the Forex Trading Platform Products /Services offered.
- Responsible for onboarding new clients & achieving the Sales target of Initial Deposits on monthly basis.
- Provide direction, support, and motivation to team members.
- Set clear, measurable team targets in line with organizational objectives.
- Set performance benchmarks and track individual and team achievements.
- Support team members in overcoming obstacles.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance productivity.
- Ensure team members adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
Experience
- Sales Team Management: 3 years (Required)
- UAE Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
