Team Leader – Dubai Real Estate

At Pinnacles Real Estate, we are a modern and fast-growing real estate brokerage committed to delivering exceptional service across Dubai’s dynamic property market.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team while contributing directly to the company’s continued expansion and success.

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing and motivating property consultants, driving sales performance, supporting business development, and ensuring exceptional client service across sales and leasing operations.

Role Overview

  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of property consultants to achieve sales and leasing targets
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training new agents to support team growth
  • Monitoring team performance, KPIs, and pipeline activity
  • Supporting agents with negotiations, client management, and closing transactions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, investors, and developers
  • Assisting the team with property inquiries, viewings, and client meetings when needed
  • Advising clients and team members on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
  • Ensuring high standards of professionalism, customer service, and compliance within the team
  • Creating strategies to generate leads, increase listings, and drive revenue growth
  • Coordinating with management regarding sales performance and market opportunities
  • Expanding the company’s network and strengthening long-term client relationships

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Dubai real estate sales, preferably in a senior broker or team leader role
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team
  • Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a strong track record in sales and business development
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and off-plan projects
  • Experience using CRM systems, property portals, and lead management tools
  • Professional, organized, and performance-oriented approach
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred
