Greta Properties LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven Team Leader to lead and manage our real estate sales team.
As our company continues to expand with branches in Singapore, the UK, and India, we are seeking passionate professionals who are ready to grow with us in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance
- Develop effective sales strategies and ensure team productivity
- Support agents with negotiations and closing deals
- Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of real estate experience
- Previous experience managing or handling a sales team
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Candidates who can bring their own team will have an added advantage
