Key Responsibilities
- train, mentor, and manage a team of real estate consultants.
- Drive team sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Monitor team KPIs, pipeline management, and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales meetings.
- Support agents in client negotiations, property presentations, and closing transactions.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and industry best practices.
- Foster a positive, professional, and high-performance team culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Dubai real estate sales.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Sales Manager, or Senior Property Consultant preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
