Team Leader - Park and Guest Experience

About the role

Guest and team operations

• Lead and support the Park and Guest Experience team; conduct shift briefings, assign duties, and coordinate breaks and staffing coverage.
• Keep guest-facing areas clean, welcoming, accessible, and ready for operation.
• Support guest arrival, admission, queue management, wayfinding, and departure.
• Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints; resolve concerns promptly or escalate as needed.
• Coach team members on service standards, park procedures, and guest interaction.

Safety and service improvement

• Monitor health, safety, security, and operating procedures; promptly report hazards and incidents.
• Coordinate with other departments to address operational issues and minimise disruption to guests.
• Support emergency responses in line with established procedures and training.
• Maintain shift records, incident reports, and operational handovers; monitor performance and feedback and recommend improvements.
• Promote an inclusive environment that respects guests and colleagues.

Qualifications and experience

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, leisure, entertainment, attractions, or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Team supervision or shift responsibility experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; able to remain calm, make sound decisions, and manage competing priorities during busy periods.
• Proactive approach to guest service, teamwork, and continuous improvement; confidence with basic computer systems and operational reporting tools.
• Relevant customer service, leadership, or first-aid training is an advantage.

Working requirements

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Work across indoor and outdoor park areas as operational needs require.
• The role involves active, guest-facing duties; reasonable adjustments are available where required.

Pay

• AED 3,300 per month.
