Assistant Manager - Park Operations

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily park operations and ensure safe, smooth, efficient operation; deploy Park Attendants and Guest Associates across attractions and guest areas.
• Direct Park Attendants, Guest Associates, Maintenance, and Housekeeping teams and manage daily staffing, breaks, and manpower.
• Ensure attractions follow company procedures and safety standards; inspect areas and follow up on defects, damage, and safety concerns.
• Oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, cleanliness, and presentation across the park.
• Oversee reception and cashier operations, including guest handling, payments, wristbands, and daily cash procedures.
• Monitor guest flow and handle escalated complaints, operational issues, and incidents; escalate to senior management when needed.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, conduct, and uniforms; conduct briefings and support training and onboarding.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures and complete checklists, operational and incident reports, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with departments and management, identify operational improvements, and communicate recommendations.
• Maintain continuity of park operations in the absence of senior management.

Required qualifications

• Experience in park, attractions, or facility operations.
• At least 2 years supervising guest services and delivering a positive guest experience.
• Ability to lead a team and manage daily operations; strong multitasking, prioritization, and delegation skills.
• Ability to assign tasks appropriately and ensure timely completion.
• Clear communication with Senior Management and park staff.
• Ability to implement directives and maintain safety, maintenance, and housekeeping standards.

Preferred qualifications

• Outdoor adventure or leisure attractions experience.
• Experience coordinating maintenance and housekeeping teams.
• Relevant health and safety or first aid certification.
• Experience improving operational standards and guest satisfaction.

Pay

• AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
