Retreat Supervisor

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily villa operations, housekeeping standards, property inspections, and maintenance coordination.
• Welcome guests and manage arrival, departure, and pre-arrival arrangements; respond to guest enquiries and requests across communication channels.
• Resolve guest concerns and improve service quality.
• Keep the website and booking platforms accurate, updated, and engaging.
• Develop seasonal promotions, packages, events, and experiences to increase bookings and revenue.
• Coordinate staff, suppliers, and local service partners.
• Monitor supplies, operating expenses, guest feedback, and online reviews.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports when requested by management.
• Maintain safety, security, and guest privacy standards.

Experience and capabilities

• Previous hospitality operations, guest services, or property management experience; supervisory experience in a villa, boutique hotel, resort, or holiday home is preferred.
• Experience supervising housekeeping, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining high property presentation standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Able to handle complaints, solve problems, and make day-to-day decisions.
• Familiarity with booking platforms, website content updates, and guest communication tools.
• Commercial awareness and ability to suggest practical ways to improve bookings and revenue.
• Computer skills including spreadsheets, email, website management, and operational reporting.
• Attention to detail, reliability, discretion, and a sense of ownership.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts according to operational needs.
• Good command of English; Arabic and additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred qualifications

• A diploma or degree in hospitality management, tourism, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with seasonal promotions, social media content, or event coordination is preferred.
• Experience developing relationships with local suppliers and guest experience providers is preferred.

Pay

• Pay is AED 5,000 per month.

• Work is in person.
