Job Description: Team Leader – HR & Management Consultancy (Sales)
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to drive business growth by leading the sales team, acquiring new corporate clients, and strengthening existing relationships.
This role combines active sales involvement with team management, ensuring consistent target achievement while promoting HR, recruitment, and management consultancy services across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Drive new business development and expand existing client accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Oversee sales pipeline, proposals, and successful deal closures
- Monitor team performance and ensure accurate reporting and CRM updates
Requirements
- UAE experience in B2B sales within HR consultancy, recruitment, or service industry
- Proven experience in leading or supervising a sales team
- Strong business development, negotiation, and client management skills
- Experience in handling proposals, presentations, and closing deals
- Bachelor’s degree required; UAE driving license preferred
