Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Sales Team Leader** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, achieving targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching/training where required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with management on business growth plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader / Sales Supervisor / Senior Sales Executive.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
- UAE experience preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
