- 🛠️ Skills and Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience in Unity3D (or Unreal Engine) and advanced C# development, with shipped titles or production-grade applications
- Deep expertise in object-oriented architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end development of complex gameplay systems from concept to release
- Experience defining and driving technical architecture across projects, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Strong experience optimizing performance and memory across mobile and desktop platforms at scale
- Advanced debugging, profiling, and problem-solving skills in complex production environments
- Hands-on experience managing version control workflows (Git / SVN), including branching strategies and code reviews
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, hiring, and growing high-performing engineering teams
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while owning technical direction and decision-making
- Excellent communication skills with experience working with stakeholders, producers, and non-technical teams
- Deep knowledge of Unity core systems including scene management, animation pipelines, asset workflows, and build systems
- Experience establishing engineering best practices, coding standards, and scalable development pipelines
- Passion for games, interactive media, and building high-quality, performant experiences
- Bonus: Godot development knowledge
