Team Leadership & Sales Management
- Lead and supervise a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales
- targets.
- Provide regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team
- productivity.
- Set daily/weekly KPIs, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with company goals.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Drive client onboarding for Forex, Crypto, Equity, and CFD trading platforms.
- Build long-term relationships with active traders, high-net-worth clients, and leads
- from various marketing channels.
- Handle client inquiries, deliver product demonstrations, and provide trading-related
- guidance.
Business Growth & Market Expansion
- Support the Sales Head in developing new strategies for increasing trading volume and
- client engagement.
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitor strategies to improve overall
- sales effectiveness.
- Contribute to new campaigns, promotions, and product enhancements to boost
- conversions.
Operational Support
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations and internal onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth
- client journeys.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance updates for management review.
