About the Team You will be part of a dynamic team composed of Careem experienced professionals to build and grow Careem Food to become the market leader.

As Sales Team Lead, you will manage the team responsible for executing our sales strategy and vision by successfully signing and onboarding new partners and improving the customer experience through increased restaurant supply.

As the Sales Team Lead for Careem, you will be responsible for driving new restaurant partnerships across UAE, with a strong focus on Dubai.

Your leadership will be instrumental in motivating and guiding our sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Your expertise in sales strategy, team management, and market insights will play a pivotal role in shaping our success across this key market.

Leadership and Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 8 sales professionals to achieve sales targets.

Provide coaching, training, and support for the team s professional growth.

Support the team in closing deals and lead key negotiations where necessary.

Drive pipeline management and improve efficiency.

Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and execute winning sales strategies for Dubai.

Identify and prioritize must-have brands and high-demand restaurant categories to close the competitive inventory gap.

Use creative, data-driven approaches to craft pitches and materials to close deals.

Implement and refine processes to enhance team performance.

Work cross-functionally to ensure successful onboarding and sustained partner growth.

Conduct regular competitive benchmarking to identify supply gaps versus key competitors.

Build and maintain a target list of priority brands and work relentlessly to bring them onto Careem Food.

Partner with internal teams (marketing, ops, account management) to ensure newly signed brands are set up for success and retained.
