We work closely with partners, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless, delightful food delivery experiences for our customers.

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Food - UAE team in Dubai.

This role is responsible for owning and nurturing relationships with our restaurant partners to help them grow and succeed on the Careem platform.

You will play a critical role in optimizing partner performance, improving operational metrics, and driving strategic initiatives that benefit both Careem and our partners.

What you'll do

  • Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
  • Drive partners' performance through business reviews, data insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to execute growth initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve partner concerns swiftly to ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support onboarding and training of new partners to set them up for success.
  • Advocate internally for partner needs and work with relevant teams to drive platform improvements.
  • What you'll need
  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development, or similar roles, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or F&B sectors.
  • Candidate must be fluent in Arabic
  • Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
